    Huajillo has become my goto honey. Very mild flavor, excellent sweetness, not floral. I use it at the end of the day in OOLONG or Puerh teas to go with those teas mild flavor. Everyone I give some to have become believers.

    This is on my top 5 list of honeys. I like a sweeter tea than others, so a big glop from a large spoon makes a cup of tea the perfect way to start my day. It even brings out some flavors in coffee, as well!
