I really never liked the taste of honey but the buckwheat honey changed my mind. It reminds me brown sugar taste to it but even better. I use it as a healthier substitute for sugar.

Like it , BUT it has a strong flavor ...a little goes a long way in toast .. However I found a honey cake recipe that calls for Buckwheat honey on Pinterest ...delicious !
