Guayacán Honey - Pint

Guayacán Honey is a rare, small-batch brush honey produced by bees that forage on the blossoms of Guaiacum angustifolium —a hardy, evergreen shrub native to the dry brushlands of South Texas. This honey captures the essence of the region’s rugged beauty and botanical richness.  

• Taste: Rich and aromatic, with a bold, slightly herbal flavor
• Color: White to Extra Light Amber

Highly limited in production due to the specific drought conditions necessary for monofloral Guayacán.  While Guayacán is often a part of the mix for good brush honey, it is a rare and premium offering by itself.
