We just can't get over this cinnamon honey! We found it at a new local shop, and it's now going to be a pantry staple - I love a little with nuts and cheese, or mixed into hot coffee, but it also provides the perfect finish to the homemade fried apples I've been making lately as autumn begins. Beautifully balanced and truly exceptional!

This was absolutely fantastalicious! It has a strong cinnamon flavor. Tried it on toast, sliced apples and hot tea. It was great in every case. Or even by the spoonful by itself. Yummy.
