Lemon Whipped Honey

Lemon Whipped Honey Pound Cake Glaze
Ingredients:
1 prepared pound cake or loaf cake
1/3 cup Lemon Whipped Honey
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together Lemon Whipped Honey, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour the glaze over cooled pound cake.
Let set for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Serve with fresh berries or whipped cream if desired.

This honey had me at my first taste test while I was on vacation. I bought three jars and I have not gone a day without keeping a jar since. I am so in love with this lemon honey that I’ve bought it for everyone I’m close to! It is amazing with so many different hot teas but I have to admit my favorite combo is with Lavender tea. Honey Lemon
This is the BEST honey/lemon spread I have ever had! The honey is smooth with just enough lemon to make a big difference in a cup of tea. Actually, for me it is a MUST with my tea! I will also at times put a small amount on my Wasa hard tack...delicious!

Exceptional spread
We happened upon this marvelous honey at a local cheese shop, and were completely stunned by how delicious it is. A spoonful in hot tea, mixed with cream cheese, added to nuts, smeared on bread or biscuits, consumed out of a spoon - seriously, there is no wrong way to eat this. Beautifully mixed and balanced, perfect texture, fantastic lemon oil.
