Citrus anyone?
I'm new to Walker Honey Farm but am already a loyal customer. I bought several of the central Texas honeys and found this one to be my pick for my jasmine tea. I just ordered a gallon. I recently switched from coffee to tea and in my opinion, the orange blossom honey is the perfect sweetener for tea. There is more than a hint of orange citrus in this honey. I can't say enough about its flavor. If you've been looking for the perfect addition to tea time, this is it. Walker Honey Farm - excellent prices, honey and fast service! Can't beat that!

Can't beat the price or taste
I personally buy this for mead making and its considered to be the single best honey for a plain mead. The honey has a noticeable acidity and floral character with its own special nuances. In my own meads I've noticed that this honey produces a delicate and acidic taste reminiscent of orange. This brand of honey is additionally unpasteurized and raw honey AND in good, affordable quantity. Plus it comes from Texas :) This site is my first choice for bulk honey
