Walker Honey Farm offers bee lease services to landowners seeking agricultural valuation (1-D-1) for properties between 5 and 20 acres. We currently serve Bell, Milam, and Falls Counties, with limited availability in McLennan, Coryell, Lampasas, and Burnet Counties.
Pricing: Our pricing structure is based on distance and ranges from $250 to $300 per hive, covering all maintenance fees for the full seven-month (or longer) duration of the 2026 season. This comprehensive service includes hive maintenance, and restocking of any failed hives at no additional cost. All hives remain the property of Walker Honey Farm. The lease fee covers the service of providing and maintaining the hives for agricultural valuation purposes.
Management Addon: In some instances you may have a couple of personal hives that you would like us to manage while we are there taking care of the lease hives. We can do this for a fee per hive. This service is only available for landowners that are currently utilizing an ag lease with Walker Honey Farm hives for the minimum amount of 5 hives.
