West Texas Creamed Cotton Honey is light in color with a mild yet sweet flavor. Our Creamed Cotton Honey is unstrained and unheated due to its rapid natural crystallization. This honey forms a spreadable-like product different from our Honey Spreadables (also known as "spun" or "whipped" honey).
