West Texas Cotton Blossom Honey is light in color with a mild yet sweet flavor. With a lower Fructose to Glucose ration than most honeys, Cotton Blossom Honey crystallizes more rapidly than other honeys. It happens so quickly that we don't even bother to sell it in liquid form!
In addition to the rapid cyrstallization, due to the low moisture content compared to other honeys, the naturally crystallized cotton can become quite hard. Warm it gently in a crockpot on low if the texture becomes too difficult to spread.

I miss the larger jars that I ordered but I assume that it must be because a shortage from your supplier.
I've been a customer for many years and after moving from the area I've been ordering online rather than coming into your store. I love your honey products and hope you can get them back into HEB stores soon and urge you to include the Creamed Cotten Lemon Honey aswell.

A little bit goes a long way.
This honey is not as thick as regular honey but it is easily spreadable due to the whipped consistency. Also very strong flavor. A little bit goes a long way.

Creamy smooth, cotton soft
Delicious honey in semi solid form due to high level of "sugar" molecules. It isn't crystallized, t's creamy, easy to spread with a mild flavor.
