This is the only honey I care for. The sweetness is not overwhelming.

I don't care for really sweet honey, this one is perfect, especially in my coffee.

I usually get lighter honey (Orange Blossom) but decided to try this as I love cinnamon anything and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Hoping it turns into a tasty mead

This is the most delicious honey I’ve ever eaten.

I’ve diminished taste due to radiation treatments & most honey is too sweet. This honey is well balanced with a delightful flavor.

    Very strong

Wow, this is one heck of a honey. Deep, dark, and musky, with a mild spice. Other people I shared it with described it as "complex," "intense," and "sulfur-y." It's good and very interesting, but I would use it sparingly or it is likely to overpower.
