I’ve diminished taste due to radiation treatments & most honey is too sweet. This honey is well balanced with a delightful flavor.

Wow, this is one heck of a honey. Deep, dark, and musky, with a mild spice. Other people I shared it with described it as "complex," "intense," and "sulfur-y." It's good and very interesting, but I would use it sparingly or it is likely to overpower.
