Store Policy

Walker Honey Farm guarantees our honey is 100% pure raw honey. We are dedicated to making a natural healthy product and ensuring your satisfaction. 
 
Please note that we offer a pure natural product that is unpasteurized and lightly strained. 
Therefore, it is natural for our honey to crystallize over time. We will not refund or exchange a honey for a reason related to the natural changes in honey that occur over time. 
 
Walker Honey Farm Online Return & Exchange Policy:
Please open all shipments promptly (within 48 hours) upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items - 
Any defective or damaged items must be reported via email to Walker Honey Farm within the first 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Send the report to Info@WalkerHoneyFarm.com with the following information:
 
•Proof of Purchase (invoice/receipt)
•Name and Contact Information (email and phone number)
•Description of the defective or damaged items
 
Once we have received the report, we will send you a conformation email to ensure you that we have received the report--if you do not receive a conformation email then we have not received your email. You have 30 days from the time you receive your conformation email to mail us back the defective or damaged item(s) at your cost. Ship the items to the following address:

Walker Honey Farm cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. We advise you to obtain a tracking number. Original shipping charges are not refundable and items that are shipped back are at your cost. 
 
Once we have received the returned shipment, we will refund you the amount of the defective or damaged product. Exchanges can be made only if you pay for shipping of the exchanged product. We must receive the items that you are returning or exchanging within the first 30 days after a report is made. 
 
Missing or Incorrect Items Found
 
Please call or email us right when your order arrives if a packing error occurred; please provide us via fax or email with your invoice or confirmation number, contact information, and a description of what happened. We allow 5 business days once the package has arrived to notify us of any missing or incorrect items.
 
For missing products: if a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately with no additional shipping charges.
 
For incorrect items: we will email or mail you a return label to ship us back the incorrect items. Items must not have been opened or used. Once we have received the returned item, we will ship the correct item back to you at no additional shipping cost. The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received in order to receive an exchange. 
 
Unsatisfied with the product?
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. You must fax (254-983-2337) or email (info@walkerhoneyfarm.com) us your invoice/proof of purchase in order to receive a refund. Ship us back the unwanted product to Walker Honey Farm, Attn: Customer Service, 8060 E US HWY 190, Rogers, Texas 76569 at your cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card in the amount of the returned products. Note that the original shipment will not be refunded. 
 
Dancing Bee Winery Online Return & Exchange Policy:
 
Please open all shipments promptly (24-48 hours) once received. Dancing Bee Winery will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. Please send an email to info@dancingbeewinery.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
 
Unopened Defective or Damaged Items - 
 
Any unopened defective or damaged bottle must be reported via email to Dancing Bee Winery within the first 5 business days of receiving the shipment. Send the report to info@dancingbeewinery.com with the following information included:
 
•Proof of Purchase (invoice/receipt)
•Name and Contact Information (email and phone number)
•Description of the defective or damaged items

Unsatisfied Opened Products
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of the purchases to return the product for an exchange or refund. You must physically return an open bottle of wine (recorked) to our store location (Dancing Bee Winery, 8060 E US HWY 190, Rogers, Texas 76569) along with your receipt in order to exchange or refund the bottle of wine. Upon review, we will evenly exchange the product or refund your money excluding the shipping cost. Original shipping cost in nonrefundable. 
 
Retail Return & Exchange Policy:
 
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange unopened or unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. 
 
If you are not able to physically present the items to our store for a refund, you must contact us via email (info@walkerhoneyfarm.com) or call us (254-983-2337) to explain the situation. The product must be mailed back to us at your cost in order to receive a refund or exchange. Package must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and the item that you are wanting to return. You must be present for an exchange unless you are willing to pay for the additional shipping cost.
