How To Take Bee Pollen
If you're an adult, start with 1 teaspoon of bee granules in the morning, preferably 30 min before breakfast followed with some water, juice or milk. You may also add bee pollen to your food such as salad, cereal, peanut butter sandwiches or smoothies. I is important that you shouldn't take in hot drinks such as coco or coffee as the follow up liquid of the pollen dosage because heat will affect its efficacy.
You can increase you intake each day by a few granules until you reach the dosage of 2 teaspoons of bee granules a day For regular and normal daily use of bee pollen, you may take up to 1 tablespoon of this wonder food daily.
The pollen dosage for children is very minimal. You can start your kids taking three bee granules a day. Increase the dosage by two granules every few days until you reach half a teaspoon which is the most ideal dosage for children. If they are not fond of the taste, you can mix the granules with raw honey and eat it, or even dilute it in their drink at room temperature.

Be Pollen
I rarely see this product available elsewhere. The ones that I have tried, I find this one is the best tasting. I take it daily as a natural supplement for health, I've used it in some of the homemade birdseed for my daughters Budgies (who love it!) and my family will "snack" on it occasionally. It has a great flavor and the grains are large enough to enjoy.

I was encouraged to try out a local bee pollen for my allergies. These are local enough as I couldn’t find some closer by. It’s been almost 5 days of taking it. The allergies have lessened significantly. The weather is blowing something in (due for rain soon), today the allergies are acting up a little, but it’s still not as bad as it was! I suspect the longer I take them, the better I’ll get. Not just for my allergies but for an array of other health benefits. Took some used to consuming a very nutty/flowery product (not so bad with a handful of nuts) but today (day 5) I find I can take them with nothing. So, so far so good!

I purchased the product to decrease my allergies that are different and equally terrible every year due to Texas. I live in Austin, south of Roger, so I knew there was a chance it might not be as effective as I'd like it to be. After a few weeks of incorporating it into my smoothies my allergies lessoned to none. I did this while also rotating my allergy meds, but I can say with confidence that this helped significantly.
